Just started

Hi guys, I have been reading this forum for some time now, and was finally able to register.
I have been trying some of the PE methods for 6 weeks now, mostly sticking to the newbie routine and taking supplements (L-Arginine and Ginkgo Biloba). I already see a significant increase in flaccid size, (5-6” from 4-5” before), but no gains yet in erect size.

I am now at 7.5” BPEL and 5.5” EG
The goal is 8.5” BPEL and 6.5” EG.

Increased girth is more important to me than length, so maybe I will add some specific girth exercises to the newbie routine after a month or two.


Starting: 7.5" BPEL, 5.5" EG.

Now: 7.7" BPEL, 5.5" EG

Goal: 8.5" BPEL, 6.5" EG
