I just started the newbie routine a week ago. I know not to expect anything right off, but I was just wondering an estimated time frame to see some results. I’m 5.5 erect not sure on girth yet and what I need to concentrate on for length and girth. Should I worry about girth first or length? Just kind of curious. Also are there any good vitamins or cream to try that isn’t bullcrap? Any advice would be appreciated

Should worry only at learning the correct technique of exercises, and see after three months the output of your efforts. Search for ‘Newbie Routine’, ‘video series’ and start from there. Good luck.

Regarding the ingestibles, just eat healthy in general. I don’t think there is a “penis vitamin”.

Make sure to take accurate readings and take note of your PI’s.

Start: (Aug 2001): 6 1/2 bpel x 4 7/8 mseg

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

Hey thatguy, if you want an idea of timeframe, while I think everyone responds differently, I started PE’ing in June and I have nearly gained half an inch. So that’s like 2 1/2 - 3 months. That’s just from doing stretching and jelqing.

To answer your other question, from doing a lot of reading I have seen that most people recommend starting on length, then progressing to girth. That’s my plan anyway, once I’ve broken the 8” barrier I’ll hit the girth. Could be a while before I get there, but I can handle slow and steady provided it does actually keep steady.

I’m pretty new here myself, so do plenty of reading and see what the seasoned guys have to say. There’s so much good info on here. Good luck with your gains!

Thanks everyone, ill keep slow and steady in mind. I have a girlfriend and I was wondering if I should do the stretching and jelqing before sex or after. I’ve been doing it after but I wanted to know if that was right or if it evens matter
