Just started hanging.
I took delivery of the Vac Hanger II last Friday. It’s so comfortable I’ve used it every day. My routine is:
30min in the morning straight down
30min in the evening over the shoulder
30min straight out using a chair.
I’ve been using the foam strip so there’s been no fluid build up, no blisters and no pain - just internal pressure and some skin stretching at the base of my penis.
I’ve started on 3Kg of weight and propose to move up by 1kg a week providing it doesn’t hurt.
I do a 10min warm up with an infra red lamp before starting each set.
I’m going for length 1st then girth so there’s no jelq in my routine yet but I do about 15min of manual stretches a day too.
What do you think of my routine? Is the duration and the weight enough to achieve gains?
