So I found this website at the start of last month and I have to say it seems exciting. Amazing I’ve never heard of this. Everyone and their great gains! I do have a few questions.

I have been doing the newbie PE and reading a lot about others.

1. After say 5 weeks I would like to start the simple ADS for when I’m at work. I tried it one day and seems to be fine but do any vets see a problem this early?

2. Do you do 2 days on 1 day off with that ADS?

3. I also did the newbie PE after the ADS is that a problem?

4. And on the simple ADS I don’t really get the pull I feel from manual stretches? Is that normal or should I tighten up?

My morning wood seems fine and I do seem to have better EQ.

Just some newbie questions

Hey Fineguy!

Welcome to Thunders.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to peruse your routine.

Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

PE safely and good luck with your endeavors.

Your ADS question is a good one but I’m a gadget guy and if I could turn back the clock, I’d have gained EVERYTHING POSSIBLE from manuals first.

If you already own the ADS, then that’s okay too. Just do not use it every day. Try to only use it only on days you do PE. This way you avoid overtraining risks. The ADS may help but I only recommend devices when you stop gaining from manuals. Take it from a guy with a long device resume.

You will have plenty of time to try devices once you’ve grown some and your penis is conditioned to the strain of PE. Devices too early are a common cause of injury, that’s why we generally push manuals for the first few months to a year (90 days at least).

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

My thoughts exactly.

Do the manual beginner’s routine. If you want to wear the ADS go for it but if your PI drop then lose the ADS.
