Just started CLAMPING

I’m new to clamping. I want to do the MAXIMUM workout but at the same time I don’t want to over do it (stay safe).

1) How many sets should I do per day?
2) How long should I do each set?
3) How long should the break last between each set?
4) Can I do clamping everyday?
5) Are day off’s necessary?

If you go to search, scroll down and click ‘advanced search’, then enter your search into the ‘titles only’ area, you’ll have a much more successful search. There’s tons of stuff about clamping on this website, all can be found by entering clamping into the area that I just told you about. I’ve never clamped but I plan to eventually, the link above is a good start I think.
