Just started clamping. Initial observations.
I’m very girth-focused, so after I felt my penis had been sufficiently conditioned I decided to take up clamping. I bought the cable clamp and started off doing 1 set. I begin with an all day cock ring on (which I obviously wear all day), watch some porn - kegelling consistently as I do - then when I’m at about 90-100% erection put the cable clamp over the all day cock ring (my cock ring is a strip of mousepad wrapped with velcro) and tighten it as tight as possible (I.e. Until it won’t click any more). I get extremely engorged, veins very prominent, and my penis begins to darken (not to the point of me worrying). I usually do this for 10 minutes, then might do another 5 minute set (trying to ease into it). Anyway, even though it seems far more intense than jelqing I don’t seem to get red dots like I did with jelqing. I literally got red spots on my penis after jelqing almost every time but with clamping I seem to get far fewer, but perhaps more prominent red spots, which subside after a day or two.
Anyway, how many clamping sets should I aim for and after how long? I am eventually going to start wearing the all day cock ring at night (as Kabous, who experienced huge girth gains, did) but not for a while because I’m worried about erections in the morning. Throughout the day I will kegel with my cock ring on and sometimes get a very engorged penis, which is a very similar process to clamping.
