Just started about 2 weeks ago.
Well I’m not necessarily new I never posted, so this would be my first post. Just used the site for informational purpose. Well how the title says I just started two weeks ago. Well I just started officially two weeks ago.. I used to do the jelging and stretching just occasionally but I would stop after 2 consecutive days. So far I don’t know if they’re permanent gains. But I started at around 6.4 inches and 4.7 girth, now I’m 6.8inches 4.9girth It’s been non stop and I’m now a believer lol.. I wanted to know if it’d be ok to take a day off? Or should I keep going?
