Well I’m not necessarily new I never posted, so this would be my first post. Just used the site for informational purpose. Well how the title says I just started two weeks ago. Well I just started officially two weeks ago.. I used to do the jelging and stretching just occasionally but I would stop after 2 consecutive days. So far I don’t know if they’re permanent gains. But I started at around 6.4 inches and 4.7 girth, now I’m 6.8inches 4.9girth It’s been non stop and I’m now a believer lol.. I wanted to know if it’d be ok to take a day off? Or should I keep going?

First, congrats on your quick gains! :cheerlead Let’s hope that they are permanent.

Second, why don’t you complete your PE Statistics & Routine so that you can keep a record of your progress and gains. By the way, what are your goals?
It’s :easy: Click the “quick links” at the top and then click PE Statistics.

Third, so now that you have decided to really be serious about doing your PE, are you doing a Newbie routine or something else? You said that you “used” to jelq and stretch. By the way, you should stretch and then jelq. Stretching gets it ready for a good jelq.

You need days off so that your dick can heal and grow. Try 2 on 1 off, or 3 on and 2 off etc. I do a split 5 on and 2 off as follows so I can have Sunday off: M-T-W on and Th off, and F-Sa on and Sun off. Just have some days off to recuperate.

Be determined and stick with it. Good Luck nd Good PEing.

Hi, congratulations MurerousIntent on your quick gains. I am new myself at one and a half weeks, trying to resist temptaion to measure for a month. Panos those are some incredible girth gains what is your routine?

Follow the newbie routine, 2 on 1 off, for a few months. Then decide how you want to handle rest days. Don’t overtrain, and check out the “Physiologic Indicators” thread.

My schedule is M T Th F, so I do 2 on, 1 off, 2 on, 2 off, etc.


God gave me: 4.75" BPEL / 5" EG

Currently: 6" BPEL / 5.25" EG

Goal: 7" BPEL / 5.75" EG

Thanks Dave. My old routine is still listed in my PE Stats/Routine area. I’ve sort of come to a plateau and think it best to change my routine. So, I am taking some time off, about 10 days, and than will start up again. As yet, I haven’t exactly decided what the new routine will be.

Good job man. Yes, I think that you should reward yourself with a day off after measuring and seeing gains. Besides you cant PE all the time, eh?
