First, congrats on your quick gains! :cheerlead Let’s hope that they are permanent.
Second, why don’t you complete your PE Statistics & Routine so that you can keep a record of your progress and gains. By the way, what are your goals?
It’s :easy: Click the “quick links” at the top and then click PE Statistics.
Third, so now that you have decided to really be serious about doing your PE, are you doing a Newbie routine or something else? You said that you “used” to jelq and stretch. By the way, you should stretch and then jelq. Stretching gets it ready for a good jelq.
You need days off so that your dick can heal and grow. Try 2 on 1 off, or 3 on and 2 off etc. I do a split 5 on and 2 off as follows so I can have Sunday off: M-T-W on and Th off, and F-Sa on and Sun off. Just have some days off to recuperate.
