Hi I just have some questions since I’m a newbie (obviously) and I’m hoping some of you more experienced people can help me out.

Ok so some of my questions are

1: What does Edging do besides helping stamina?
So I have been Edging for 3 days already the first two where fails since I ejaculated on both the I don’t remember how long the first one lasted but the 2nd one lasted 8 minutes but then I ejaculated and today I lasted 27 minutes without ejaculating since I’m thinking of Edging everyday and cumming every 2 or 3 days.

2: Will Edging help even if I’m a virgin?
Well I know how people say that virgins always last a little bit of time but if I start Edging every day and increasing my stamina will it help for when I actually have sex for the first time by helping me last longer.

3: Every how many days/weeks should I measure?
I find it really hard to not measure my penis and today I felt like measuring while I was Edging but I decided not to and it took a lot of will power to do that since I still feel like measuring now I don’t expect to see gains every day but I just want to measure it every day. So for someone like me how many days or weeks should I wait before I measure.

I Edge every day and Jelq 2 days in a row with one rest day.

Edging is a fun way to get off, and yes it will help your stamina in bed. In my experience it has little to no PE benefit, though, except as a good time to measure.

You can measure as little or as much as you want. You can learn a lot by measuring daily especially during the newbie period, about consistent measuring, and EQ variations, and how your penis is responding to certain exercise choices. Later on when gains slow down as the months and years go by, people tend to measure less often.

I try to hold off for 2 weeks to measure so I can be pleasantly surprised but it usually ends up being every week.

I think if you want to measure daily, do it! Write it down and put it in a spread sheet and then you can display the growth stats in a graph or something meaningful! Otherwise it’s just entertainment. Edging will help you to control when you orgasm and you may be able to achieve what a male orgasm that is without ejaculation. That is getting way into edging!

Thanks I will try to measure every week but just in case I don’t make it I will measure every time I feel like it and then like you said I will put it in a spread sheet so I can see the gains I have made for that month.
