Hello all,
Just saying hi and asking anyone for tips on how to start this off.
I,m trying to get my penis back how it used to be. When I was 20 and at 10 stone I was 7.5 inch, I can’t remember girth but now I,m 35 , 16 stone, now it’s lucky to be 6”.
Basically I,m after what it used to be, not too bothered about girth as it seems to be pretty much the same as it was years ago.
But a little extra girth will be welcome.

Any suggestions

Past: 5-5.5" BPEL x 4.5" GIRTH

Present: 7.55" BPEL x 5.55" GIRTH (1 year progress)

Future: 8-9" BPEL x 6" GIRTH

The simple answer, I believe is that at 16 stone you have more of a fat pad than you did at 10 stone and that has reduced the apparent size of your penis,

I’m sure you can guess the answer to get things back to your early days. :)

Welcome and good luck getting that length back quickly.

For putting on 6 stone I don’t really have any fat deposit down round the pubic area so I can’t see where that length has disappeared too. I was slim at 10 stone now more muscular as I’ve been a thaiboxer for quite a few years, but still, can I lose 1 1/2 inch just by putting on a little weight which is not round my waist area or thighs.
Anyway is this the routine I should start and should I alter it slightly cos my LOT is 7 o clock

The Newbie Routine

1. 5 minutes hot wrap
2. 5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
3. 10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
4. 5 minutes hot wrap
5. 50 kegels of five second holds each

Schedule:2 days ON / 1 day REST.

Gradually increase to 10 min total of stretches and 30 min of jelqing over about 6 weeks time
