hey crew this is the first post for me so lets see if it works.
i have been working on my self for awhile and found a new way of lengthening my unit it my sound crazy but it works.
first hot wrap
take a 2” PVC pipe about 4’ long extend you’re penis over the top of the pipe and pull down and squat at the same time. putting the pipe in front of you’re thighs and just roll it up and down. it works great on the legs and butt muscles too. do about 20 rep and get blood back in the head don’t pull to hard or you will have a blow out, blood spots in the head. as you squat you’re penis will roll back and as you pull it down you you stand up. it really pulls (LATS) hard on the inside and you can see the difference when you release it.
