At first I wanted to say that I am glad that there are five thousand more people allowed to register, because I have been checking out this page lately !
My PE experience is as fallows: I started previous week by doing almost no warm up then stretches in 4 directions hold for 15 seconds and repeated it 4 to five times, then jelqing for about 150 to 200 times mostly dry and after no cool down ! I started to experience that my erections were not as good as before, so now I’m having a break (since Wednesday) until I get back to my initial condition (hopefully Monday) ! And take up Newbie linear routine which is really light !
