Just ordered my autoextender vacuhanger

I’ve been using a Jes for a few weeks with good results but thought I would like to explore hanging due to the potentially greater loads that can be exerted with a hanger.
I had adapted the Jes and suspended about 2lb weight using clips and chain from the plastic attachment that holds the noose, however, I would have to take it off after an hour due to glans discolouration.

I’m obviously going to start the hanging at a low weigh, but what weight goals should I be looking at over time?

No more than those that give you gains. Only when gains eke out, do you up the weight.
