Hey guys,

I haven’t visited here much since I don’t have time. I am about to run another business, and plan on a third one not too long after that. So let’s just say I am a newbie still, and well really need to get on the right track. I would appreciate the rudeness to stay away, I don’t have time to browse much, just need direct help to get on the right path.

The only stretches I’ve done are only of the following(which I will have to explain stretches since I don’t know names.

In morning and in the evening I do a regular stretch. Where you pull up for a while, left, down, and right. Then you kinda bend the penis up, left, down, and right, and each bend, you hold it there while you take the other hand and squeeze up to the hand that is holding it bent in which ever direction. Then you follow the pulling of the up, left, down, and right direction.

Showers I usually do my other stretch. I just decided to do the up, left, down, right pull for a beginning, or sometimes I do the stretch where you put one leg up higher on something tuck and pull the penis behind you and hold it there for a while. Then I just do the normal thing where you just squeeze at bottom of shaft with ok on fingers and bring it up the shaft, and then bring the other one up before the other one is fully up the penis, which I think the instructions said should take 3secs or so everytime. I usually only do this for about 120 counts. I only do it once, so that is probably not enough. How many sets should I do? I also after the 120, either do the clock rotation stretch for other stretch, sometimes I don’t — where my other stretch is where you point penis towards the ground and put thumb on inside of penis side, and the four fingers on front of penis. You then start from top of penis of course then bring it down towards the head. Then after this I do the clock stretch again. I usually do up 30 secs, left 30sec, down 30 secs, right 30 secs.

I am sure this is probably not enough. I am a patient guy but I just don’t have time to look what needs to be done. I need experienced guys to help me out completely. I feel so down. Also I want to pretty much do everything to penis so that I can feel good about myself, and have no more worries. I want my girth and erection to be longer of course, as well as it to be wider. I also heard people can increase shooting (load). If so, heh why not. Might as well try to increase that as well.

Please don’t just tell me to get a life, and read. I want to know what works best for people, for all of what I am looking for. Also pictures of the stretches with great detail always works. I just want to know which ones are the best to do for now, and when and what stretches to do when I need to add-more stretches. I know there are tons and tons of stretches out there, so I figured I’d have people that know which are best so that I can eliminate a lot of unneeded stretches. I just figured I’d make a post so I can get on the right track. That’s what brings me here since I do some at home but want to make sure I am starting out correctly, and what I should look at doing and what to progress to. Since everyone should be taught to do it the right way.

Sounds like you are doing fine. One of the biggest things you need to rememeber is that the growing of your penis will take time. It is not going to happen over night. I have been at this for about 4-5 (still a noobie, but have read a lot) months and have something to show for being patient. I am sure that the vets will chime in here and give you some more definitive answers to your questions. Just remember to be patient and dedicated to PE. It will give you results.

Cool. Well 500 per session seems more like it, I figured I wasn’t doing enough just didn’t want to do too much at start. I guess I’ll do 120-150 for a lil bit and progress up to 500. I’m a patient guy.

This all I assume with do both length (erected, and girth?). I’m glad I’m on the right track.

Try adding 25-50 a day to get upto 500. Most guys start at 500, so it wouldnt be “bad” if you jumped straight to 500 jelqs.

Yes, jelqing will hit both length and girth.
