Just modified my newbie routine. input please?
I started PE 2 weeks ago and this is what I have been doing.
5 min warm-up
5 min fowfer
manual stretches 20 sec (up/down/left/right/straight out) x 3 reps
v-stretches 20 sec x 3 reps
10 min wet jelq at 40-80% (90% over-hand, prefer this way)
manual stretches 20 sec (up/down/left/right/straight out) x 2 reps
5 min warm-down
The whole process takes about an hour.
Today, I modified my routine a little bit becaues I noticed that I wasn’t getting that much of a “pumped feeling” consistently after my PE workout. I decided to take out the “manual stretches” after jelqing (straight to warm-down). I noticed that my cock would feel more pumped right after jelq and I want to stay that way for a couple hours. Whenever I did the stretching after jelqing, my cock would not be as pumped. Perhaps it was a little over worked?? Is it critical to stretch after jelqing??
Anyway, I would like some input from the experienced and newbies who either do stretching after jelqing or do not stretch after jelqing.
NOTE: My goal is to gain length first. This is why I included manual stretches, fowfer, and v-stretches in my routine.
