I really don’t understand how you can walk with that, can you show me a picture or something that illustrates the device and how exactly you put your pants on it.. ?

You have to wear boxer shorts or go commando if you are going to wear it under your pants. I have 8” of rods on my PM & I’m able to walk around with it under my pants without problem. It is a little difficult to bend over while wearing. Take care when sitting and getting up as well.
