Hey everyone.

I have a question in my mind to ask to old PErs.

Is this ok for a newbei to make just the length exercises, or just do the newbei routine for 2+ months?

Note: Also, I remember to see an excellent thread about the “What’s ones limit?, Tunica or what”, or something like that.
If anyone understand, please send me the link of the article.

Yes that’s fine. You can focus on stretching and leave out jelqing if you want.

Try doing a search by title (tunica, limit, or whatever). I find them much more helpful.

I guess the article was about “What is your limit”

The main subject was:

1. Measuring the bpfl and bpel.
2. See the difference.
3. If(bpfl is bigger) than your limit is your ligs(or something else I don’t know). So you shoul jelq at lower/higher erection etc..
4. If(bpel is bigger) than your limit is tunica(or smt. Else) and so you should do bla bla..

Do you realize it now, still could’nt find :(

UnderSavage, going for length only it is fine, but I would finish the session by doing couple minutes of jelgs. After stretching, your unit was squeezed by your fingers and it needs fresh blood.
