Just Length Exercises for a Newbei
I have a question in my mind to ask to old PErs.
Is this ok for a newbei to make just the length exercises, or just do the newbei routine for 2+ months?
Note: Also, I remember to see an excellent thread about the “What’s ones limit?, Tunica or what”, or something like that.
