Just kegals the first months

I´m just 18 and feel that I´ve got many years to get the gains that I want. My PC (or BC??) muscle is really weak, so would it be a good idea for me to start with only doing kegals the first months and really strenghten that muscle up. That will give me better circulation and all that when I start with the real PE.

What do you think? A good idea?

I think thats taking it a bit slow. Your BC will build strength as you PE.

You can just kegel during your routine to build up strength or you can kegel whenever and wherever (in a restaurant, on a motorbike, in a lingerie store - wherever). Some people believe taking it to the burn is good, this follows weightlifting theory.

If you’re worried about circulation, jelqing will help the most.

I’ll tell you what will happen. You will finish your couple of months just kegeling and then once you start to PE, you will wonder why the heck you just wasted two good months when you could have been kegeling and making gains!
