Hello, hello, my name’s Tyler, and I’m an 18 year old dropout of the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. I’m Asian, an aspiring journalist, and I currently have a 5.5” length and 4.5” girth dick when I press the ruler right up to the pelvic bone. I’ve been scouring the threads for some time now, but wasn’t able to join recently, so this new wealth of information is much more helpful. I’m looking to get to 6.5” length and 5.5” girth and then see how it looks from there. So far I’ve tried the warm wrap, stretches, jelqs, and then warming again routine, but I didn’t get anything out of it for 3 months. I know, I know, stick with the program and you’ll see results, but due to a new job, a workout schedule at the gym, and only really 2 hours tops to do anything else with myself, PEing has taken a backseat.

However, now that I’m in, I see that I really don’t need to be taking the hour and a half out of my day like I was before. So, after looking at some of the threads, here is going to be my new routine:

Morning:
15 minutes of stretching, assorted V-stretches, regular up/down/left/right pulls, and some straight outs.

Work:
During my first ten minute break, lunch break, and second ten minute break I will do the same thing as the morning, except with only ten minutes of it.

Evening:
Same as the morning, but after the stretch session I will start back at 100 dry jelqs followed up by 4 or 5 edging sessions.

Hopefully, with all the stretching throughout the day, I won’t need the heating, and since it’s not available to me anymore, I have to live without it anyways. I have seen some polls where the majority of the people said that they gained the most from stretching as opposed to jelqing or hanging, which is the opposite of what I perceived from just seeing this forum on the outside. Is this actually true, does anyone have any input on this? I’ve checked a bunch of other threads, I’ve used the search button, but there’s so many conflicting opinions that I feel a little lost. If anyone who has recently tried a routine with the majority being stretching and seen gains could post, I’d be very grateful if you could include a few tips as well.

Welcome to the forum.

The great majority of people who stretch also jelq. If you use a program that combines exercises there is no way to isolate the effects of one exercise or truly grasp the interactions between exercises. Though people may have voted for one option it doesn’t necessarily hold that this option is valid.

There have been no research grants thrust into the hands of people for the purposes of studying PE, so information tends to be skewed in favour of the noisiest and the people who gain. It is in the nature of a self selecting group like this.

I started out on the newbie routine this is when I got the most gains in the first six months. Not everybody grows at the same rate so any gain is a good gain.

Welcome to the forum. The mods here are pretty smart, and most members as well, take mementos advice on this one, and do not exclude kingpoles statement either. Persistence is the key word in PE. No on and off will cut it. Study your body, and how you react. Maybe even get a ADS?

Eh, tried the ads and ended up turning my dick blue and took about half an hour to get set up, so I scrapped the idea and the 20 bucks I dropped for the Theraband =/

Also, I’m planning on doing this five days a week with the weekend as my off time, does that sound all right?

I’d start off lighter than that and work up to 5:2. Really it’s worth checking out the Newbie Routine.

B - Good luck. Follow the Newbie routine and this will condition your penis. After a couple of months, you should be ready to move on to advanced routines. You’re likely to experience some pretty significant “newbie” gains in the first few months. If you keep at it, you’ll continue to gain in both length and girth, but probably at a slower rate. MC

You can use your theraband to do some clamping, I usually do it after the end of my workout for a bit.

How would I do that? Just wrap it around super tight and attach a clamp?
