Just jelqing

I’ve been doing these PE excercises for about 2 1/2 weeks now and I’m doing about 120 dry jelqs a day.this is pretty much all I am doing.

My routine is just jelqs.

Everyone on this forums seems to be doing more like hanging and other stuff.

Will I really see any results on just jelqing? Or do I have to incorporate more things to my routine?

Hi diglet, gotta read more or these vets will eat you alive man lol. Do the whole newbie routine, it’s well rounded and gives you a great workout, plus try a variety of the exercises just to get the hang of things.

Reading is a vital part of the understanding.

The problem is the terminology used by vets is hard for us newbs to understand.

I’ve spent countless hours on this site and there are SO many contradictions of opinion that it’s almost impossible to garner a truly valid answer..

Just my thoughts

Yeah but I was wondering if I would get any gains from just jelqing? Or are the stretching and warming up and things in the routine essential to PE

That’s because PE is highly individual, that is, what works for one may not work for someone else. The only set rules for PE are there are no rules for PE. Although doing the newbie routine is highly highly recommended.
