Just jelqing
I’ve been doing these PE excercises for about 2 1/2 weeks now and I’m doing about 120 dry jelqs a day.this is pretty much all I am doing.
My routine is just jelqs.
Everyone on this forums seems to be doing more like hanging and other stuff.
Will I really see any results on just jelqing? Or do I have to incorporate more things to my routine?
