What are the opinions on JUST jelqing as opposed to jelqing combined with manual stretch?

I have been pretty much just jelqing for about 3 months and have already made some nice gains. I went from 6.875” x 6” at the start to 7.5” x 6.25” in my most recent measurement. I am doing a 5 days on 2 days off routine. I have found that by the end of the week I am thoroughly fatigued, but come Sunday I am able to get rock hard.

I also incorporate a few 30 second to 1 minute stretches during my jelq routine.

My jelq routine lasts 15-20 minutes tops. I tried to go longer then 20 minutes, but I jelq so intensely that I had to stop.

I think it’s quality, not quantity.

Yes, I started just jelqing in October. I was stretching before that in September, but I didn’t see any results.

I also took 2 weeks off in November when I went to Germany.

The majority of my gains have come in the last 6 weeks.

I was originally doing 2 days on and then 1 off. I actually switched to 5 on 2 off because I was told this was another routine that works. Well, it worked and a lot better then 2 on 1 off.

I currently only do jelqing. Have gained good amounts. You just have to keep at it.


Past: 5-5.5" BPEL x 4.5" GIRTH

Present: 7.55" BPEL x 5.55" GIRTH (1 year progress)

Future: 8-9" BPEL x 6" GIRTH

Do you think you would gain more if you stretched too?

Lol that is exactly my routine and starting size. Except I have only been doing it for a couple of weeks, but I have in fact already noticed a bit of a girth gain. Although I’m not so sure if my length has increased yet.

I’m thinking it would be better to add some kind of stretch to your routine you are obviously a fast grower but stretching would add an extra flaccid length. Watch your EQ level. Sounds like your PE is to much PE.

Would you mind telling your starting and ending session or do you have it listed somewhere?

It’s in the routine section. But I went hard out in the beginning. I didn’t know much about PE except what I read on a few pages. I couldn’t get an erection for about 2 weeks after doing that but luckily for me it came back. Now, I take care and do it properly.

I know a lot of people that just jelq. But you are not maximizing gains by just doing one exercise.

I gained over an 1.3 inches that I attribute to jelqing and variations thereof. However, I was inactive for a long time and lost some of that length. But most can gain nicely from jelqing. It depends on the person, you just have to go at it for several months and listen to what you body is telling you.
