Just how many days a week is ideal for PE
I’ve spent hours over the past few days going through the various member progress diaries, and I can’t seem to arrive at an answer for this question. I know PE isn’t like weight-training because the penis isn’t a muscle, but I can’t help thinking less might be more, I.e. Good workouts about 3 days a week, giving the penis ample time for recovery in the days in between.
However, many guys seemed to have had great gains PE’ing 5 and even 6 days a week over the years. So is there any specific trend or correlation between amount of gain/shortest time and PE workout frequency? Which one of you vets have had great gains PE’ing 3 days a week or so? Have any of you arrived at any conclusion through trial and error, or have you only stuck to a certain number of days a week and not switched up to determine what frequency is best for gains?
I’m still at the beginning of my serious PE journey, so I’d hate to not maximize my gains because of either under-training or over-training. Any observations and feedback is appreciated. Thanks!
