That’s one approach; I take it that you train to increase your fatigue (and your PIs go down), then you take a rest period to recover?

It should be noted (this being the Newbie Forum) that this is not a recommended newbie approach. At least, I would not recommend this to a newbie.

I get positive PI’s when I’m fatigued, but it’s very hard for me to get fatigued. I never really get negative PI’s so I can’t really comment on that. Yes, I take breaks between my training cycles, it’s mostly to recharge motivation and get a mental break I have no idea if it helps gains.

How often do you PE, Lampwick? And how have your gains been? I haven’t been able to find a thread with your progress. I should be on my “on” day today, but the recovery time dilemma has me thinking I should take at least two days in a row off each week. Haven’t had any negative PI’s since my last workout, but is my penis fully recovered from the last session? Just want to maximize gains. Thanks to everyone for their input.
