Just hit the 3 month mark looking for routine advice.

Hey guys, long time reader first time poster.

Let me start off by saying thank you to all the members who have put so much time and information into this website. Your contributions are greatly appreciated.

Secondly, I have just reached my 3 month mark of consistent PE. My routine is as follows:

Stretches
Downward w/30 Kegles
Downward no Kegles 30 seconds
Repeat kegels/seconds for each angle (left knee/right knee/left thigh/right thigh/left hip/right hip/
Inner stretch 30
Bend stretch right over left 30
Bend stretch left over right 30
Bend stretch right over left 30
Bend stretch left over right 30
Reverse kegels for each of the 30 second stretches.
Super kegels (10 seconds) after each 30 count of kegels.

Helicopter - 30

Straight Jelq - 30
V Jelq - 30
Downward Jelq - 30
Straight Jelq - 30
V Jelq - 30
Downward Jelq - 30

Rest days alternate the day of the week. Most of the weeks one day, sometimes two. Total time to complete routine is around 45 minutes.

Starting Measurements 9/16/15
BPFNSL: 5.1
NBPFNSL: 4.7
NBPFSL: 6.9
BPFSL: 7.1
NBPEL: 6.8
BPEL: 7.1
FG:
EG: 4.5

I am not sure of the accuracy of the measurements because the ligaments of my penis protrude and almost prevent good length measurements for NBP and BP flaccid and erect, so I measure slightly to the right of the protruding ligament and get a much different result NBP and BP. Girth measurements are accurate. I have not taken any length measurements since then that I felt were accurate, so I don’t have any documented length progress. Girth has increased to 5.0. Length has gained maybe .1, but I’d rather not say because I don’t know. I feel as though it has increased slightly. I take some issues with the way length is measured anyway.

My question is, what would be a good routine to follow for my next 3 months? I want to continue my girth gains but really want length gains as well. Do I completely change my routine? If so, suggested routines would be greatly appreciated. I’m looking to increase intensity. My goal is 7.7-8 inches NBP. I do not care about a BP goal, even though it may be a good tool to track gains. My erect girth goal is 5.5-6 inches. I am not looking to increase time spent in one session, but am open to adding an additional session for length.

I am 5 ft 8 and my weight fluctuates constantly from around 135-145. I don’t know what my body fat percentage is, but it has to be low.. Very low. I am very lean and have no fat pad (the reason for my protruding ligaments during an erect state, or so I think), so loosing weight isn’t an option.

Thanks in advance for any input!

If it’s working, don’t change a thing. Only look to change when you are no longer seeing gains.

Started 7.75x5.75

Currently: 9.75bpX6.75eg My Picture Thread

Goal:10.0bpX7.25mseg Building a thicker unit, click by click, pump by pump, jelq by jelq!

Do another one of these for 3 months and then we can talk again.

You only change the routine when you are 1000% sure that it’s not working anymore.

Do it with a twist. This time use constant heating through the whole session. You will be amazed.

Don’t rush it.Take your time.

Thanks guys. I guess I just needed a little reassurance.

No problem.

Don’t quit. It’s too early yet.

Just some advice to help you keep your motivation later in your PE career. Work on getting your measurements as accurate and/or consistent as possible.

If you can’t take a good measurement because of protruding ligs then place the ruler right above the ligs. That is just one measurement. Then take a measurement just to the right like you are doing. Then if you can find some other point to measure from, then do it. I would probably take an NBP measurement from the ligs in addition to all the other measurements. Understanding it will never be as accurate, but it makes for good reference.

You want to do this because in a year you might have a day where you are doubting your gains. The more precise you are now the more self assured you will be then. I would take all measurements at least once a month, but that is just my opinion.

An increase of 0.5” in girth is a huge gain. Even 0.25” would be a great gain, in three months.

Thank you, BH. I will do that. It’s just a little irritating trying to combat the ligs some times.

And yes, Marinera, that is a substantial girth gain in such a short amount of time.. To the point where I would spend 15 minutes measuring because I was doubting it. The girth measurements are 100% completely accurate. Before and after. I had started a routine almost exactly a year ago and kept it up for one month. My initial reason for PE to begin with was because of my unimpressive 4.5 inch girth. I did not gain anything the last time because I lost interest so early on. This time around I lowered my expectations and devoted my efforts to long term. Becoming a foreskin restorer curbed my need for instant gratification. I suspect that concentrated girth routines and an increase in EQ are the contributing factors to my gains in girth. The visual aspect of this is absolutely astounding. I am very excited and look forward to the long term, although I have a feeling girth gains will slow and future gains will become harder to achieve. It’s ok, I just so happen to like tugging on the lil’ fella.

Big or Bust you know what to do. It’s obvious.

Just don’t quit.

Sorry if I came off as a pretentious know-it-all prick, Bill. It was unintentional. I just hit a moment of excitement and a need for some reassurance lol.

Edit: Thank you for providing me with exactly that.

Have no worries.

My statement was motivational. :-)

You didn’t come as a know it all prick.

Think of it as a confidence booster. Meaning that you are saying the right things, you are applying them, keep on doing them.

Better now?
