1. How many days a week do you do PE?
2. Are the jelqs wet or dry?
3. What erection angle are you jelqing at?
4. What stretches do you use, and how long do you hold each one?
1. This varies alot, sometimes I’ll go three to four days in a row with no break. Sometimes I’ll take up to two to three days off. But I try to go two days on one day off.
2. I do mostly dry jelqs because its convenient but I love the way wet jelqs feel.
3. I start out completely flacid and work my way up towards almost completely hard. I will sometimes watch porn if it is hard to get an erection. My jelqs become very slow and intense at the end, mixing in some jelq squeezes.
4. This is an interesting question. In the begining of my P.E career I only stretched out and upwards due to my lot being at 7:30. About a month ago I started stretching downwards just to see what would happen. I would stretch in every direction while watching tv in my room for maybe 15 to 30 minutes a day holding each stretch as long as 5 minutes.
I have also recently started hanging straight down with only 3 pounds while heating my ligs with a rice sock (inspired by IronAddict). I’ll do this anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour every other day. I have never gained .2” in length in a month before, not even when I was getting my initial newbie gains.
