Just had my first PE session.
Just had my first PE session this afternoon on my lunch break. It felt great, started off with the Newbie routine. Thinking of doing this for the next 6 weeks, and then going to change it up. From the people that have done this routine, have you noticed any significant changes by 2 months? I’ll be going home in 11 weeks, and would like to surprise my girlfriend with the changes.
Is there an appropriate place on this forum to keep a log/journal of exercises and growth changes. Secondly, which moderator would I have to message if I wanted a name change? Thanks everybody.
