Just got a Phallosan Forte

The postal worker had a smirk when he handed me the box.

It took me around 10 minutes to get my dick into it.

Some things I found:
[1] The sleeve / condom things is too tight. It takes a lot of work to get my dick into the vacuum tube without the sleeve gripping my skin too low on my shaft, making it into more of a foreskin lengthener than a penis extender. I hope that it gets easier.
[2] It’s pretty comfortable. I was surprised that I felt comfortable walking outside and meeting people while wearing it.
[3] The vacuum mechanism works well, and is comfortable enough.

Eventually I plan to wear it while sleeping every night and while working. For a total of around 16 hours per day. Today I’ll wear it for 4 hours.

Hi qiadik! Welcome! Don’t wear it while sleeping. You might injure yourself. Read the manual carefully. I use an extender with vacumcup too and its manual states that after wearing it 3 hours you should take it off for at least 30 minutes. Don’t take any risks. You might regret it. I wear my extender ( with a belt ) 6 to 8 hours a day in 2 or 3 hour sessions. Additionally I do jelqing preferably with heat ( an ir-lamp ). You should also do some kegels 5 - 15 minutes a day..

May I ask if does PF pull more of your shaft skin or it pulls from your glans?

Hi. Sorry for the late reply. It depends on how you put in on. You need to just stick the head into the plastic dome, then unroll the sleeve onto the penis without letting too much skin get up in there. With practice, I make it so the pull originates from the corona. You need to get good at making sure not too much skin gets up into the dome or the sleeve. Then you need to create a vacuum that is strong enough to hold your glans, but not too strong. Sometimes my glans gets sort of hard and aches after wearing it for around 3-4 hours.

Thank you! I will be careful and wait until I can wear it pretty much all day until I consider wearing it while sleeping. If I wear it while sleeping, I’ll probably set an alarm to take it off in the middle of the night. I know it’s risky but I can’t think of a more convenient time to PE.

Do not PE while sleeping. Sure you can set an alarm. You may wake up to a severely injured penis. In my opinion, it’s not worth it.
