Hey, guys.

I’m trying to find a set of exercises that would solely focus on girth. I don’t even care if I lose some length, as my starting EG is 4.313” and I goddamn hate it.

I’ve done PE for a couple of months a couple of times, the most recent time being in Feb-May 2015, with mostly length gains (possibly 0.5” of length and 0.15” of girth) but health issues have caused me to stop every time.

My goal is to gain 1 inch in EG all around, as my penis is pretty much straight without fluctuations in the size from the base to the head (I would love a mushroom head).

My question is, apart from the newbie routine, is there an established pathway to increase girth size without really caring about length? I know that girth gains are harder to get and take more time.

I gained 0.25” in my first few months clamping… 10min with a clamp and on and edging while watching porn. And another 0.25” in first month of pumping at 5hg… 30min while watching porn to keep blood flow going. I think pumping and clamping seem very good for adding girth, clamping seems like hard work compared to pumping though!

Would you actually mind if you got more length?

If so , do the newbie routine without the stretches . Perfect your jelq technique and add some edging.

Try breaking down the outer layers of the shaft by doing an oddball stretch. Grab the outer skin layers and pull to length OVER the shaft and head. Feels weird, but as it stabilizes, hold for 30 secs with some serious tension and then repeat when you feel ready.

You can also do this once your penis is through a session and is nice and warm- this feels truly odd, but my theory is, that by breaking down the outer layers you actually decrease the amount of pressure fighting against the inner pressures normally associated with PE and results. Therefore it might be easier to gain more girth more easily.

Pressure will always find the easiest pathway , and so by breaking down the inherent tension in the sidewall, it should start to expand radially as oppose to longitudinally-

Second that. Do it right and you ‘ll be 4.7 in about 6 months.

If you are completely new to this you might want to consider doing the linear first and then the newbie. Without stretching of course like Walter said.

Actually…..stretching can give you an increase on base girth though.


BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

I have gained slightly over 1” in mid shaft erect girth (4.4” to 5.4” plus) over a five year period using a fairly aggressive and consistent pumping regemin.

Twenty minutes a session at 5 hg, twice a day, six days a week.

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

In my humble opinion, stay away from clamping. To much potential for vascular injury.

Do the newbie, concentrate on jelqing and other manual exercises.

Like DT most of my girth gains came from pumping. I did newbie routine for 3 months to condition myself, and then added pumping. It is much gentler exercise. My routine was every other day, and it looked like this:

3 x 10 minute sets from 3 to 5hg
come out between sets and JO to full erection
After last set, get really hard and jack off for another 10 mins or so

This was a routine I read about in one of gprent's posts. Worked great for me.

I don’t mind gaining length, it’s just that I’m vastly more interested in girth. Apart from the small size, my penis is mostly cylindrical as well, meaning that it looks even smaller looking at it vertically.

Your gains make me so eager to start working on it again. Do you have a before and after picture posted anywhere? I’m actually really curious as to how the girth gain looks. Does the penis simply look bigger, does it look inflamed or what?

I would prefer to use manual exercises and I do remember o-bends being really helpful last time around, I mostly gained from that.

If I have to, though, I’ll start pumping after a reconditioning period.

Uli’s, Dry Jelqs, Manual Squeezes, Horse 440’s are some other manual exercises guys have had great luck with. Once you are conditioned you may want to try those out. Start with just a few reps, they are super intense.

I do not post pictures on the internet.

To me, my erect penis looks just slightly bigger in length and girth; however, my ruler confirms that it is 1” bigger in both stats.

Ok, that’s encouraging, I was afraid that gaining girth would simply mean that my penis will look more red and appear to be inflamed instead of simply being a bigger version of how it is.

Last time around I noticed that stretching affected my EQ in a negative way so I stopped doing them after a while, to be honest.

Stretching and hanging always tend to fuck up EQ a little bit but they are necessary for length gains. If you don’t want to do them then jelq with 20%-30% erection and cross your fingers for length.
