I know the newbie routine is where to begin but does anyone have any helpful tips that would cut out some of the trial and error? Since everyone is different I know not all will work on me but all tips would b appreciated.

You just stick with a beginner’s routine unless your penis is not able to tolerate even that level of workout. In that case you back off until erectile quality gets better and/or undesirable PIs resolve. That’s a part of the trial and error stuff many of us must endure. Suggested workouts simply don’t suit all of us.

If you are gaining measurably from a newbie routine, then stay with it until such time as gains no longer are happening. Too many guys want to accelerate things when they are actually gaining, and end up over training or toughening their penis to the point that they get trapped in a plateau. What do you do then? Some just go even harder, and just maybe they’ll see a bit of gaining. Others do the opposite—take a deconditioning break, let the penile collagen atrophy somewhat (hopefully), then start back in at a level similar to or reduced from what they had been doing.

Do you see a common thread here? There is no way to avoid experimentation in PE. The tough part is deciding which path to take. You try to get clues from what’s been posted in the forums over the years. Sometimes you just guess and hope for the best.

GOD how I wish I could’ve cut out my trial and errors!

The whole point of the newbie routine is that it effectively eliminates the “trial and error” as far as the routine goes. The only “experimentation” would be in perfecting the techniques and doing them correctly.

“Perfecting the techniques” hmm! You will want to remember this! Two months into a newbie routine & I’m just getting into the finer tuning of techniques. Enjoy your PE experience and discipline yourself to commit to it.
