I have just begun a newbie routine and I have a few basic questions.
I attempted to use the search to help, but my results didn’t help.
1. Do the reddish dots that appear during the jelq mean that it is affective?
2. I found out my LOT is between 9 and 7, so what does that mean I need to do in order for length gains?
3. What is the most effective way to make length gains?
