I have just begun a newbie routine and I have a few basic questions.
I attempted to use the search to help, but my results didn’t help.
1. Do the reddish dots that appear during the jelq mean that it is affective?
2. I found out my LOT is between 9 and 7, so what does that mean I need to do in order for length gains?
3. What is the most effective way to make length gains?

1 Not necessarily, but don’t worry about them, they are just an side affect and they will go away after a good night of sleep.

2 I don’t believe in LOT and many vets agree with me. Just do the normal exercises.

3 Regular stretching.

I don’t get any reddish dots… I know i shouldn’t focus on that, but i don’t notice any side effects as of yet?
Am i a lucky one or not working out hard enough?

Because i am resonably new, i still have doubts as to weather of not my technique/grip/pressure/timing ect ect. are ideal.

I have watched the videos and didn’t start PE until march as i was reading up as much as i could since my join date.

But i still have these thoughts in the back of my mind?! :(
