I’m just getting back into PE now after a month off due to injury. I jelqed for 10 mins last night, how should I work up to my usual routine of 30 mins of jelqing? Should I increase by 2 mins every workout? Should I take days off? Here’s what I was thinking:

Mon-10 mins
Tues-off
Wed-12 mins
Thurs-off
Fri-14 mins
Sat-off
Sun-16 mins

Etc. Until I reach 30 mins

Is this a good idea? Should I work from 10 min to 30 mins more slowly than shown above or can I SAFELY do it quicker? I certainly do not want to risk injury again.

What kind of injury did you have, and what exercise caused it?

Your plan looks alright, since you have already had an injury, slowly would be the ticket.

I had a “blood spot” I think it’s called on my glans, basically it was a just a red circle, not really painful to the touch. However it made my flaccid size go down to about 0.5” not to mention what it did to erections. Erections were incredibely weak, slightly painful, and I could only get it up to 5.5” out of my usual 6”. The only exercises I did were (excessive) jelqs.

Whoa, that’s kind of freaky, can you tell us what exercise you were doing when you injured yourself? Also, what do you think you did that caused the injury during the exercise?

The ONLY exercise I did was jelqing. And it was caused by taking 15 days off from PE, then jumping back into a 30 min routine when my cock was de-conditioned to heavy jelqing. I also believe I may have jelqed with too much intensity.
