Does this happened to any of you?

I’m doing the Newbie routine for 2 months now, and I gor more girth than length.

One add, I’m ovo-lacto-vegetarian, but I don’t eat any kind of meat, including chicken and fish. Do you think this affects the gains?

Should I apply more force to the stretches?

I do only C-Grips on jelqs.

Start: BPEL 5.3 / EG 4.2
Now: BPEL 5.5 / EG 4.85
Goal: BPEL 7.0 / EG 6.0

It’s usually easier to get girth than length. For most people anyway. It’s probably worth continuing with the newbie routine for another month, perhaps giving a little more attention to the length exercises. Then you can concentrate more fully on the length exercises.

Patience is part of the process I’m afraid :)

Decemeber 2007: 5.8" BPEL x 4.9" MSEG

Current:-------->7.7" BPEL x 5.7" MSEG (7.2" NBPEL)

Current Goal:--->7.6" BPEL X 5.8" MSEG Do or do not, there is no "try".

Those are outstanding gains. I’ve gained less than half an inch girth in over a year. Maybe I should become an ovo lacto vegetarian. Maybe the lack of animal protein causes your ligaments and tunica to turn to jelly and stretch better.

The vast majority of data I’ve read is that it’s much easier to get length then girth. That’s actually my current problem. Girth just doesn’t want to come.


Start 5.25 BPEL x 4.36 EG

Current 6.2 BPEL x 4.60 EG

Maxtro, are you familiar with the TGC theory? maybe your tunica is your limiting factor, have you tried slinky´s, v stretches, assisted V stretches or A stretches? maybe your tunica isn´t expanding anymore and that is the reason why the girth doesn´t grow.

Yeah, don't worry. It did not take me 8 months to get these gains. I was more off than on when it came to PE :O

I actually only care about girth.lengthwise I’m about 6.1 BPEL, I mean, I suppose a half inch of length over time would be OK, but not really a priority. Girth is about 4.5 and that’s the problem, I really need to be more like 5.2ish(at a minimum). I’m basically in the first few months of newbie work and what I’ve settled upon doing is a 2 on 1 off with the first day of each 2 day cycle being stretches and jelqs in the shower(have worked up to about 80 jelqs so far, had started with about 40 a few weeks ago) and going to do pumping on the 2nd day.

Dont try pumping so soon, start with the newbie routine for at least 3 months.

I feel I’m not applying 100% force on any of exercises.

Very afraid of damaging my only and unique unit.

Congratulations on the great gains.

I would not worry about it. Gains are gains. Allot of men on here would kill for your newbie gains.

You can do more stretching exercises to focus more on length if you like. Again 0.2 inches in length in two months of newbie is still great length gains. I personally would not change anything and ride the gains until you plateau.

You are doing great so take care. It looks like you are already pretty lucking in PE.

Thanks guys, well, one month more to go.

When the third month is over I’ll put some pictures to compare.

I also try not to measure too much to don’t freak out counting every milimiter gained.

So, measuring and taking pictures is once a month.
