Just gaining girth
Does this happened to any of you?
I’m doing the Newbie routine for 2 months now, and I gor more girth than length.
One add, I’m ovo-lacto-vegetarian, but I don’t eat any kind of meat, including chicken and fish. Do you think this affects the gains?
Should I apply more force to the stretches?
I do only C-Grips on jelqs.
Start: BPEL 5.3 / EG 4.2
Now: BPEL 5.5 / EG 4.85
Goal: BPEL 7.0 / EG 6.0
