Just finished newbie rountine

I just finished the newbie routine for the first time and I wanna kno 1) is there anyway I call tell I did it correctly any way ill kno it was effective and 2) is it common for it to be a little sore afterwards for the first couple times.

Sore is good in my view, it shows a good workout.

Hey alienpugdog try not to use “kno” instead of know, or “ill” for I’ll. You can get some shit for that here, mostly because we have many members that don’t speak english as well so making it more confusing for them is bad. I know I got shit for not capitalizing my I’s when I was new.

Yeah I like the soreness as well, just as long as there is no pain. Just keep motivated and you should get some good newbie gains.
