I just finished my first exercie, I soaked for 5 minutes in hot water, then did the stretch, pulled down, up to the right, to the left, down right, up right, down left, up left, then I did about 225 jelq’s around 80% with the O design and the others with the overhand. Then I soaked for another 5 but I couldn’t quite get the kelges to work?? I know the feeling when you hold it in when you piss but how do you exercise it, any comments or ways I can improve let me know, I had the donut effect for a while while doing the jelqs but after the exercises I really don’t feel anything now, Should I?? Thanks for all your help, this site is awesome

Well, you’re trying to tighten that muscle that’s between your balls and your ass. It might take a few tries to isolate it, but once you do, it’s easy to exercise. Just squeeze and hold for a few seconds, release, squeeze, release, etc etc etc.

When I’ve done this before (usually by accident) my dick sorta hurts, feels like it’s going to explode. Maybe after some more PE it won’t be so bad.

Well by “hurt” I am not referring to a sharp pain or anything like that, but it is like “WOW, that is too much, stop that”. It happens when I have a very hard erection already, if it is not fully hard then it’s not an issue.
