I’ve dabbled in PE for quite some time now, more or less going on for about a week then giving up cause it didn’t seem to be working. I’ve recently moved in to my own place which now gives me the privacy to PE to my hearts content which has now given me the motivation and dedication to pursue it totally. During my times of dabbling my workouts usually consisted of some manual stretches here and there and dry jelqing but today for the first time I decided to go the whole nine yards. Yesterday I went to the store bought washcloths for warming and a bottle of baby oil for lubrication, and today I did the newbie routine to the T. Let me just say to finally be doing things the way many a PE mind had intended by putting together the newbie routine felt right. The warm-up made stretching a lot easier and now doing it really for the first time I highly recommend doing a warm-up because you can see and feel the difference. Before doing the warm up I had struggled with a few injuries that caused me to have to put on hold my PE endeavor but with the heating I could see a tremendous difference in the appearance after my stretches which is where most of my injuries had occurred. Finally moved on to wet jelqing and might I say it was very much a difference both in the way my penis felt during the jelq’s and the amount of blood I felt like I could safely move around. So long story short if you want PE to work you have to commit because if it’s what you want strap in for the long hall and most of all if you’re just starting out do things the way they are laid out in the newbie routine. Not only will it help with EQ and conditioning your penis but it also safe and will help you learn what you can and can’t take and what will work best for you. So to end this I guess all I have to say is good luck and may your gains be long.

I just started an official P/E routine myself and I totally get the motivation factor. The thing that discourages most is not having gains realized when you want them to be, not having the vindication that all your efforts are working. Gotta keep on keepin’ on! Good luck bro.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

I started PE back in 02’ , been do it off and on for the 10 years. Now 3days on, 2 days off. Been doing this for the past 6mo’s, my gains to date have been .25 in length and .5in in girth. I do understand that I will or should have a time of no growth also (this is way I was doing part time for the past years, I didn’t know about this)

My biggest tip for positive gains and EQ is simple, stay away from fast food and drink allot of non fluoride water. Also when possible home made breads are the best.

I’m sorry about that, Neurologist.

I see one monthly due to my brain injuries, he also really good about male DE (Delayed ejaculation) and other sexual issue. He explained to me how the penis and brain work together (just like the female orgasm).

He also explained to me how fast food, processed foods and drinking water from most US cities can effect your brain and penis.
