Just checking in on clamping routine

I got a clamp today. Started my routine got erect, put some cloth around my penis and clamped it down. The last click I really had to push is that the way it is for everyone else. I set my timer going to do 3 x 10 min sessions. How much rest between sessions. I went flaccid pretty quick but my penis stayed fairly firm with blood, it went a bit darker. After about 5 minutes it was completely floppy but still firm to the touch but obviously not rock hard. Any tips advice.

Do the newbie routine for at least 3 months before moving on to advanced exercises like clamping. Without the conditioning, your risk of injury is just too great.

Start with the newbie routine first.

When I first did clamping, I did 24 hours rest. I just recently been trying 48 hours rest and I think it’s better because I am getting great erection quality.
