I dont understand marinera: what does “do a dip with a very narrow gip” mean?

Pulling with an equivalent force of you bodyweight? That sounds like crazy. I don’t think one can stretch over 15-20 kilos force SD. And no more than 15kilos holding the stretch confortably for 1-2 min. I will try tonight how much maximun weight I can hold SD and SD/BTC(sitting).

I am not sure you are understanding my simulation. Doing dips you are using your whole force from shoulder, chest triceps and other muscles that arent so obvious and you are holding your weight in two bars.

I am talking about doing a simulation of the way you apply the force while you stretch and that is: holding the rope of a pulley (as if it was your dick), grip it with one hand and aiding force with the other.

How can you tell me doing dips is a simulation of stretching your dick? I dont think I get what you mean.

I think I will have to ask somebody to take some pictures of me doing it. I thought it was easy to understand.

The way I apply the force while stretching is pretty similar to a narrow grip dips repetition. Or push ups, which is pretty much the same exercise translated in space.

When you are stretching you aren’t putting hands like that but doing an OK grip which limits the force you can do. When you stretch your dick you use mainly stretch from triceps and shoulder. If you use the grip you mention in your thread you apply force with the biceps mainly.

I don’t use an OK grip when stretching. I don’t use mainly the force of triceps and shoulders either. I stretch very similar to that exercise.
