Just beginning. advice please
Found the forum yesterday.. Firstly thanks guys for starting and maintaining this site.. Wish I found it sooner but better late than never!

Had my first workout this evening following the newbie guide.. And aim to stick to a routine of 2 days on 1 day off to avoid any strains which I understand may result from overuse (!)
I am not looking for huge gains, just an inch and a half in length and an inch or so in girth is my objective.
My current stats are:
Length: 6 inches
Girth: 4.5 inches
I consider myself smaller than average,and I look quite small when flaccid. My erect length is OK for starters but the girth needs a lot of work as I am not that thick, mid shaft my girth is only just over 4 inches and 4.5 at the base.
Anyone else with similar size when they started, and what gains have you achieved over time?
I would appreciate any advice via this forum or via PM.
I also want to look into ways of improving genital circulation to aid recovery and erection. I am also going to do kegel exercises but any general advice regarding circulation would be appreciated.
