just arrived

hello there!
I’ve spent a lot of time going through various sites to do with PE,
and then a lot longer, searching more intelligently (or so I’d likle to think)once I actually became convinced that it was for real!
..and at last I found this forum, which I have to say looks pretty ace.
I took a liking to this place after I observed the general attitude of the members and the way that none of that irritatin’ leet haxors crap language was tolerated.
Anyway, I managed to resist the urge to actually pay for any sites so far,
but there ARE a few that look like that they could be helpful, but I think I could do better just starting one of the basic routines written here and then posting if I require any help or If I want to take a more advanced approach later on.
I noticed that a lot of you are into hanging and using various other devices, hmm I have absolutely no experience, and so it’s possibly a bit cocky of me to make any kind of comment yet, but hey, I would have thought that any kind of manual work would be superior, I am a “hands on kind of guy” ;) but surely being able to guage the pressure of jelquing with your hands themselves which are quite sensitive to touch, yet also very strong would be the best way to go. It seems logical to me.
Oh well I guess that’s the path i’ll first take, in fact… I already have tried it…. albeit very briefly because I didn’t use any lubrication. where can I actually buy some acceptable lubrication? I guess shower gel isn’t acceptable, who knows what chemicals are in there huh.
Maybe I should write a little about myself too :)
well I’m interested in bodybuilding, or should I say obsessed with it! (to NO avail) and I have started taking up yoga and soon planning on trying karate out too.

so basically to get myself started, I need some kind of lubrication and I need your opinions on whether ANY of those subscription sites are worth it, considering this forum exists, oh and I will possibly have to spend ages going through health forums asking embarrasing questions too, because I believe I may have some kind of problem , but I could be wrong so.. grr :(

Hi super ectomorph, welcome to thunder’s place.

There’s no need to go to a paysite, you won’t find a better site with as much information as here anywhere. Everything you ‘ll ever need to know about P.E has been discussed here, just get used to using the search function and you’ll have no problem.

There’s also load’s here who only do manual P.E (including me) and you can certainly gain from doing just this. Maybe further down the line you might consider hanging or using some other P.E device. I’m getting a bit tempted myself, but I’m going to wait until the gains from manual P.E slow down.

For lubricant you can use baby oil, vaseline or ky jelly. I use baby oil gel myself and get on great with it. Don’t use soap, shampoo or shower gel as it will irritate your skin.

I spent more time searching through the site and it DOES have any information anyone could possibly want, thanks for the advice.

I hope to get started in a few days time, i’ll spend more time reading up frst though :D .

Welcome to the forum. You will find a shitload of information here. More than I think I can ever absorb. Just try to take it easy, do a search for the stuff you may have a question on or just throw the question out there. If there is a lengthy explantion due, one of the guys here will point you to the appropriate thread.
