Your goals are pretty ambitious, but are not unrealistic. If you stay consistent, dedicated, patient and active, then you’ll get to where you want to be.
(Hmm, you know what, those 4 things should be labelled as THE key mental attributes you need.)
PACC:
Patient - It’s easy to get frustrated when you’re not gaining. Don’t get discouraged. Remain patient and keep working on it.
Active - Work hard. Don’t get lazy.
Consistent - Try to stick to the schedule. Don’t miss days. Consistency is key to gaining.
Committed/Dedicated - You have to want it. Dedicate yourself to getting to where you want to be. Visualize it. Want it. Earn it.
Hmm, maybe take out “consistent”, since, although important, is pretty similar to “active”.
So: PAC!
