Hey Guys,
It’s a pleasure to finally join you guys here. I am an 18 year old, uncut male from Britain. I currently measure 5.6” x 4.4” and I am under the impression that I am pretty small, I want to get to the stage where I am above average so about 7” x 5.5”. I don’t know if this is reasonable.

I am new to PE and have been reading around and have decided with this routine;

Warm up in shower
200 x JELQS
10 x 30sec STRETCH

I think this should do for now, I don’t know if my age will have any influence here?

Your goals are more than reasonable. Take your time and the results will come. In regards to age many say when you’re older it should be easier to stretch the ligaments and while you’re younger you can bounce back from injuries quicker. Regardless of this if you stay consistent and be patient you will get results.

Short-Term Goal: 6.25" EG by 9/1/14

Long-Term Goal: 10.25" BPEL and 6.5" EG ?

2days on 1 off sound good?

Your goals are pretty ambitious, but are not unrealistic. If you stay consistent, dedicated, patient and active, then you’ll get to where you want to be.

(Hmm, you know what, those 4 things should be labelled as THE key mental attributes you need.)


Patient - It’s easy to get frustrated when you’re not gaining. Don’t get discouraged. Remain patient and keep working on it.

Active - Work hard. Don’t get lazy.

Consistent - Try to stick to the schedule. Don’t miss days. Consistency is key to gaining.

Committed/Dedicated - You have to want it. Dedicate yourself to getting to where you want to be. Visualize it. Want it. Earn it.

Hmm, maybe take out “consistent”, since, although important, is pretty similar to “active”.

So: PAC!

Short term goal: (3-4 months) 6.8" BPEL, 5.0" EG.. Long term goal (1+ yr): 7.5" BPEL, 5.5" EG.
