Just an Intro
It’s a pleasure to finally join you guys here. I am an 18 year old, uncut male from Britain. I currently measure 5.6” x 4.4” and I am under the impression that I am pretty small, I want to get to the stage where I am above average so about 7” x 5.5”. I don’t know if this is reasonable.
I am new to PE and have been reading around and have decided with this routine;
Warm up in shower
200 x JELQS
10 x 30sec STRETCH
I think this should do for now, I don’t know if my age will have any influence here?
