Hello guys I am new. Before I begin my activities I need a questions answered please.

I have been masturbating for a while, even when it was sore I would still masturbate. However, I have stopped but I am afraid of my penis shrinking. I’ve read about it somewhere that it can happen, is it true?

How long should I allow my penis to rest before starting my newbie activities?

I believe it will be the opposite. If you are masturbating till soreness, that could be considered an aggression to your penis and will tend to shrink (“turtling”).

No, turtling is not permanent.

Once the penis rests it will hang again.

That’s why you must not masturbate a lot. Your body needs to protect itself. If you don’t do it, for it, it will do it by its own causing turtling , weakness, low EQ etc.

They happen naturally and they are involuntary … we can’t control or “choose” the nights to have an night wood (usually happens every night).

The last time I checked around, science still can’t explain, conclusively, why these erections occur. Alot of theories apart, we see them as positive and result of a healthy penis.
