Hi everyone hope all is sticking to there routines and being dedicated :)
Ok so how much have you gained how long has it taken could you manage to maintain your routines with ease or was it hard at first.?
I injured my self not sure if it was PE or work I had this stringy like thing on the base of my penis heading all the way to the glans and were my penis attached to my body it felt as if something snapped so I have been away for awhile but have returned to PE and dedicated more than ever but after PE I seem to be all blotchy and bruse looking on my penis do I continue or do I let it go away first?
Is it normal my penis shrivels up so much it goes to nearly halve its size and does it alot too how can I prevent this would a cock ring help (what is a cock ring for?)
Could I expect gains by doing nothing but the nobie routine or do I need to mix it up abit at a later stage all advice welcome thanks.
