Hi everyone hope all is sticking to there routines and being dedicated :)

Ok so how much have you gained how long has it taken could you manage to maintain your routines with ease or was it hard at first.?

I injured my self not sure if it was PE or work I had this stringy like thing on the base of my penis heading all the way to the glans and were my penis attached to my body it felt as if something snapped so I have been away for awhile but have returned to PE and dedicated more than ever but after PE I seem to be all blotchy and bruse looking on my penis do I continue or do I let it go away first?

Is it normal my penis shrivels up so much it goes to nearly halve its size and does it alot too how can I prevent this would a cock ring help (what is a cock ring for?)

Could I expect gains by doing nothing but the nobie routine or do I need to mix it up abit at a later stage all advice welcome thanks.

Hey HIG, welcome to the forum!

Gains will come depending on each person, and the usual first key things you will realize is better flaccid length and Erection Quality (EQ) if you are following the newbie routine. It was hard to get used to jelqing for me, and stretching as well - but it is my 4th week in and I find that I can do it with (relative) ease.

If you hurt yourself, check out the Injuries / Treatments part of the forum. It’s never a bad thing to stay away from PEing if you think you hurt yourself, since the philosophy of “better safe than sorry” is the mantra of many PEers here.

If you notice that you are having less EQ or that your penis is turtling (disappearing into you)/being noticeably less than usual, you are going way too hard on your penis - take it slow, and increase the reps and intensity as each week goes by.

It’s normal to have small spots and markings from doing PEing, but if you are getting massive bruises STOP and rest your penis until it heals. If it persists or gets worse, go to a doctor ASAP.

Lighten up! You aren’t going to gain if you keep injuring your dick! Jelqing should not be a strenuous ordeal. Squeeze just enough to get some blood moving through to the end of your penis. (Squeeze like squeezing honey off a smooth wooden dowel) And when you stretch do it without any real pain! Injuries are from not doing PE correct. So try it a little differently. Lube your dick when wet jelqing. Wet jelqs can be more consistant because of the lube.

Rate of gain is different for everybody. I noticed that i gain girth easier than i do length, that may be different for you. I did injure myself when i first started. I used to jelq so hard that drops of blood would come out the tip of my dick. Funny thing is I thought that was meant to happen when you are a dedicated PEer. Another thing i noticed was that I developed a black head at the base of my dick, probably from griping too hard. It just wont go away even after trying to peel it off the skin.

I never took a break because I didnt know those were injuries, until I started reading more. Luckily my dick is still working fine.

You dont want to end up in the same boat as me so take it easy until you are certain that you can handle advanced excercises.

The newbie routine works and it helps condition you for more intense PE should your growth stop or not be realised. Jelqing is the number one PE excercise for gains. Many come back to it after venturing out and find they missed a good amount of growth time. (I think it is very important to go through it before you advance to new methods)
