just a few questions
I am sort of new to this and was just wondering about a few things. I have done my research and found that I have a low LOT(about 7-8 o’clock). So my first question is when stretching, (with that LOT) what are considerd high angles, or useful angles for that LOT? Also, how resistant to stretch is the tunica and septum? How important is the hot wrap to stretch tunica and septum? Essential? Should I expect slow gains if I am starting with a low LOT? etc… any other ideas for me would be appreciated! I want to go for lenght first, then girth. I am hoping that the girth will come incidentally, but if not, I am already at 6” eg. Also, I am not to concerned with the flaccid look… I am at about 4.75”-5” flaccid. I am only concerned with erect gains, but flaccid gains will be welcome. Please, any ideas would be great!
Hot wrap: 3-5 min in shower
manual stretching: @10-12 o’clock, side to side 30-45 seconds each x 10
jelquing: 100 reps
5 on, 2 off
p.s. is it possible to get girth from using cock rings to masterbate? ballooning? my cock ring is very tight and man does it build some serious pressure! just curious!
