Just a doubt

Ei guys,
so i want to order a pump from Picturebrite but here’s the deal, because i’m in Europe i had to order through e-mail. Because of that they are requesting my credit card number.
Do you think it’s risky ?
Am i too naive if i give them the credit card number through e-mail?

I don’t know if this is in the right forum, so i apologise if it isn’t.

Not safe to EVER do that.
If you still want to purchase through them using this method

Buy a Visa Gift Card online

Put the exact amount your going to use on the balance

And pay with the gift card (That way even if someone decides to try and use the card after your purchase, it will not go through)

Through email? Don’t they have a paypal convention or something?

Yeah, Never give out your CC details with an Email. For all my online purchases I make sure the transaction is firstly secure and use a Debit Mastercard. I pay money into the card account when I know the figure to be charged and do it that way.

If somebody trys to diddle more than I’ve paid into the account at anytime, the transaction is rejected and they get squat.

Yeah it’s strange to do it through e-mail.

Do as Marinera suggests. Log on to the Payl site and see what they have to offer. That way the seller never gets to know your credit card details. Or much about you anyway. It’s all done through paypal once you decide to buy (And providing the seller is registered with Paypal. (most good sites are))

It’s far more convenient and you don’t have to give your address details etc each time. It’s all done automatically.

Can you use I instead of i when referring to yourself please. And capitalise the first word of a sentence.
