Hey guys I’m getting started here and I’m wondering if Jp90 or Thunder’s Newbie routine is the “best” routine. Not sure on what I want to go with. Any advice is appreciated. I’m mostly going for girth also if that makes a difference.

I looked at both. And developed my own that I have forgotten and morphed into what I do today. I don’t think it’s that important as long as you learn to stretch and jelq and challenge the tissues. Manuals taught me everything I know about what it takes to grow a cock.

I think I started with:

5 min directional stretches
5 min jelqing

Now it’s more like

10 stretches
10 jelqs
30-40 min pumping @5.5hg
10 min edging


Start: Dec 2016 BPEL: 6.125" MEG: 5.5" (5' - 9" 264 lb)

Curr: Oct 2017 BPEL: 6.75" MEG: 5.625" (5' - 9" 245 lb)

Goal: 7.5" x 6" .......I want to win the dick swinging contest.
