Hi,

Just a quick question: Physical exercise of any sorts, running / weight lifting etc. Shrinks my penis. In other words, when I’ve finished my physical exercises my dick is smaller and is sucked into my body. My reasoning behind this is that the blood is needed elsewhere such as biceps and your penis shrinks ? AM I correct ?

Just wondering if, when I finish my jelq workout, and my penis is pumped, if I go for a 45 minute jog will it affect the growth of my penis at all, will it affect my gains ?

I’m the same way. Whether is after PE or not, when I do intense exercise my dick shrink to all time small levels. Like 2” or less, it looks like I’m uncut. A cold shower, which I sometimes enjoy, doesn’t even shrink me that much. I don’t workout after after PE for that reason. Try PE after the workout.

Quite a natural occurrence. And you are right - the blood is needed elsewhere in your body when you’re doing cardio or weightlifting. But the reason why your dick grows has more to do with stretching the tissue down there itself in some way rather than the blood supply (which is, of course, still important for an effective workout! Hence the warm-ups with an IR-lamp or a hot rice sock etc.). If you’re unsure, you might want to do a second “warm-down” after your PE routine for five or ten minutes so you have a good after-workout blood flow. Then go running or lifting weights afterwards.

I always suggest that you do your PE after you do your full body exercises, just for this reason.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

But after much training, the penis hangs down lower than normal for me, especial after sauna and cold shower also.

I had the same problem at first then I just Peing after my workout and my penis feels heavier and remains stretched longer.

He is right about the blood needed else where as I remember doing this in P.E.

I think that if you exercise before hand that increases blood circulation around the whole body. Squat thrusts are good for blood production because they are a large muscle and that will also help for testosterone production due to it being a bigger muscle.
