Hi guys,

My goal was twofold: 1) gain 1 inch length; from 6 to 7 inches; 2) gain 0.5 inch girth: from 4.8 to 5.3.

I am now at 4 month jelqing, and gained 0.5 inch of length I would say.

I was following the newbie routine (with warm up); now modified : 2 days on, 1 day off, with one day wet jelqing, and 1 day dry jelqing, both for around 30 minutes, changing the grip (in particular, making sure I am not using the killing OK grip, but put pressure on the sides). In addition to that, I am stretching 12 minutes, before jelqing. Sets of 30 seconds, in each direction.

Now, I know this is tricky to gain girth with this routine. This is why I started altering wet and dry jelqing, as I read that dry jelqing, with high erection level (like 80%) may increase girth. However, the ultimate weapon (actually good, and bad weapon) is clamping. I know I need to be very careful with this. I don’t want to hurt my little toy.. I started adding 3 times 3 minutes sets at the end of each session, when my dick is well prepared. With 1-2 minutes break. I do cable clamping, as described in the forum.

Now my question: Would you:

1. Continue say for 3 months without clamping, alternating wet and dry jelqing only?

2. Continue with my routine, with soft clamping? Do you think it has any value?

3. Increase slowly the clamping time, say 1 minute every month?

4. Continue with pure jelqing to reach my length goal, and then, say in 6 months - 1 year, turn to full clamping?

Do you have any experience with such modified newbie routine?

If you are jelqing well, you should gain girth off that.

I would try Plumped Bends, Uli’s, Slinkys and Jelq Squeezes before clamping: check out the videos on the home page.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.
