So I’m gonna start Jelquing because I want better girth. Can I just do the okay grip with Vaseline about 10 mins 5 days a week? I also do the OK grip with palms facing down. Will I see results? Please share progress you guys have achieved and do you do similar exercises


There is no reason why you shouldn’t see gains, jelquing is one of the most important PE exercise it should give you girth and length, just keep in mind that PE takes time and growth comes slowly, and that for most girth is for the hardest/longest to achieve…
