Jelquing with one hand only?

Just wondering if it was acceptable practice to jelq with the stronger hand only? I read in the techniques section that both hands were required to literally ‘milk’ the penis- but if one only uses the stronger hand, would still this be OK?

The reason why both hands are suggested is so your penis stays engorged. What I mean is that if you use only one hand the blood has alot more time to escape when compared to jelq done with both hands, one after the other, minimizing the amount of blood that flows back keep a more engorged state. But if you totally prefer to do it with one hand and you feel that that is more efficient for you than by all means do it. Just as long as you get the gains.

There is jelqing device that can be bought and used if a person does have trouble using their hands. I do jelqing by hand and I tend to think, just my opinion, that the device isn’t going to be as good as my hands can be. But if I did have a problem, say arthritis or a long term hand injury for instance, I would give the device a try myself.

I am jelqing with one hand now. It’s harder, and I don’t think it is as efficient, but I do think it has got to be good for overall health - and who knows, I might gain from it. Beenthere, I completely forgot about my PJ - thanks for mentioning it! It would be MUCH easier than this one handed jelqing…

I think this is true for wet jelqing, but for dry jelqing (if you’re uncut) I find it’s the opposite.
