Jelquing discovery

As I had stated in my previous thread, I have been PEing for 2-3 months with very little results. Then while I was reading, I heard someone say do a kegel before each jelq stroke, and my god did it make a difference. I have never seen the head so engorged with blood. I found that if I kegel before each stroke, I can be much lighter with the pressure, and feel it a lot more. And I also discovered, with too much pressure it could be very easy to hurt yourself doing that as quite a bit of pressure does get built up so be careful.

Most of you already probably know this, but it was a big discovery for me.

How long do you hold each kegel for before jelquing?

I think he’s talking about just a quick pump to fill up your dick with blood. You hold it for no longer than you need to.

I did the same as UntoldMystery, for about 2 weeks now I kegel before each jelq and the difference is visible, but it get´s to 100% errect faster.

Yeah it is just a quick pump to release blood into the shaft of the penis. BUT BE CAREFUL WITH GRIP PRESSURE as the extra blood can create strain.
