I’m trying to establish a girth gaining routine. Since I’m a new-bee I’m thinking of jelqing for 10 minutes, then pumping for 15 minutes then massaging, afterwards jelqing for another 10 minutes. Of course the hot compress before an after and 5 minutes of stretching before the first jelq

What do you guys think?
Anyone tried a routine similar?
How much time to see results?

I used a pump with my jelq sessions when I was doing active PE. Fifteen minutes is probably too long. A ten minute session at low vacuum (3-4 inches Hg) should be enough.
